Papercraft Koume & Kotake + replacement heads

Now that everything is back to normal again after yesterday's April Fool's day, I can show you the status of the Koume and Kotake paper models without everybody thinking it's a joke! (I hope...)

Which is that they're pretty much completed, save for the instructions which I hope I'll be able to do this weekend. ;o)

Stay tuned!

  4. So they're stand alone? Or are you using some little thing you can't see in the picture to hold it up? Can't wait to build this! ;)

  5. More people fell for Paperpokés' April Fools' Day prank (or maybe they were just playing along of course... ;o)

Of course I might make more Pokémon models in the future, but I won't make *all* of them, sorry... (there are just too many ;o)

  6. As for Koume and Kotake: if you look closely in the picture, you can see a small "pedestal" between their legs (lightblue for Kotake and red for Koume) that I made.

Sitting on their besoms, it just wouldn't look nice to try and find a position where they would somehow stand on their own, so I opted for this solution where you balance them on these little pedestals.

(but I think they look better when hung from a piece of string, though! ;o)

  7. And as for our Papercraft Couple's new weblog: I always like seeing other people's models! It's nice to see you two are obviously enjoying building paper models so much! (otherwise why would you have built so many of them, right? ;o)

I have added the link to your hall of fame listing, like your DeviantArt link earlier: http://ninjatoes.wordpress.com/2010/01/30/zora-armor-link-by-jon-and-hayley-the-papercraft-couple/
