Sometimes links for old paper models go dead unfortunately, but the link to Rexxkentrix' website seems to be working fine for me (it's actually the exact same link you mention! ;o) and the download ("descargar") link also points to the same, still working link you give...!
But because I didn't make this paper myself, I never give a direct download link, I only link to the website where people can find it themselves.
