During World War II, the Germans were experimenting with some of the first jet and rocket engines, and lots of comics and other pop-culture sources often love to fantasize about what kind of "Super Weapons" the German scientists could have secretly been developing in a last, desperate attempt to turn the tide of the war in the end days of World War II, like this huge Horten Ho II 978 "flying wing" that looks like something out of one of the new Marvel movies like "Captain America"! ;o)
