A mini PC is more compact than a standard PC, but not necessarily less powerful (or less expensive...) especially if it's a dedicated mini gaming PC like ZOTAC's MEK MINI!

If you unshorten the Twitter link (lots of websites let you preview links so you can check that it won't send you to a malicious website), you will see that it links directly to a ZIP-file that used to be on Zotac's ftp server: http://hkftp.zotac.com/External/Temporary/MEK-MINI-Paper-craft.zip
