Thanks to this papercraft photo camera from Marie Claire Idées, I finally understand the phrase "watch the birdie!" 👧📸🐦

Download instructions:

  • Scroll down on the Marie Claire Idées website and make sure to download all four PDF files with parts by clicking the "Voir le fichier" links.
  • The fourth PDF file is a pattern to fold the origami bird in front of the flash: use the folding instructions from Canon Creative Park's pigeon to fold it: link

  1. Heads up: they didn't link the birdie properly but if you add the domain to the URL (https://www.marieclaire.fr/), it will work.
    Alternatively: www.marieclaire.fr/data/fichiers/mci/pigeon_e_a4.pdf

    1. Yes that will fix the link ;o) They mirrored the origami pigeon file from Canon Creative Park. If you want to make the blue birdie like in the picture, you don't actually print *that* file, but only use the fold instructions from it on the last PDf sheet which has a square texture of the blue birdie to use as the starting sheet for the origami instead of the pigeon from Canon (which you can also make if you like that better of course! :o)
