When I made my papercraft LEGO Star Wars C-3PO "mini"fig, I decided to make two versions: a regular, affordable version, and a 14k gold version! ;o)

Tomb Raider II is still my favourite installment of the series, with its great gameplay and original levels, like the underwater episodes in which Lara found herself at the bottom of the ocean in her iconic SOLA wetsuit... ;o)

One of the few "real world" papercraft models I made so far (normally, I like to make paper models of video games and sci-fi and such ;o) a Walrus-class submarine of the Royal Netherlands Navy.

Sometimes it's easier to make papercraft models from "old" video games, because they're quite blocky, which translates very nicely into "blocky-style" papercraft models. ;o)

But sometimes the 3D models from old video games are so "simple", that they need quite a bit of work to be made into papercraft models...

Although for many kids, Captain Redbeard was the coolest LEGO Pirates character, he was still a swashbuckling pirate of course, so after the papercraft version, just like in the LEGO theme, there also needed to be a papercraft counterpart of him in the form of Governor Broadside! ;o)

Although the series is called "The Legend of Zelda", it's really Link who is the hero! ;o)

On This Day (2011): hand drawn papercraft Advance Wars Megatanks

The Megatank is by far the strongest ground unit in Advance Wars, heavily armored and bringing an insane amount of firepower, it's nearly unstoppable - that is, until it runs out of Ammo or Fuel... ;o)

Most people probably know by now that I'm a *big* fan of the classic Tomb Raider games, but of course I also love the "next-gen" installments, so in 2007, I made a papercraft version of Lara Croft from Tomb Raider: Legend ! ;o)

OnThisDay (2012) papercraft Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Impa!

Due to Link's timetravelling in Skyward Sword, we get to see Impa as both a young woman and a (very...) old lady.

This is the younger version, obviously. ;o)

OnThisDay (2012): papercraft LEGO Castle Forestmen minifigs!

"Forestmen" is an old, discontinued LEGO Castle subtheme, but have a look online and you can see their hidden treehouses and forest caves are still awesome!
