Not one, but two new papercrafts this time! 😊

I didn't post many updates on my papercraft blog about Deus Ex's J.C. Denton (because basically all went pretty well so there wasn't really any to tell 😉)

But secretly I've also been working on Lay D Denton, from the fanmade mod The Lay D Denton Project (including a differet character model of course, a new voice done by Karen Rohan, changed character's reactions to fit her gender, adding several new characters, etc.!)

Deus Ex J.C. Denton papercraft WIP: final build vs test build

I took my time doing J.C. Denton's final build, and I'm always amazed what a difference a simple technique like edge-coloring (coloring the cut edges of the paper with markers so they don't show as white lines on the finished papercraft) and just spending some extra time and care compared to the test build makes! 😊

(Side note: from the test build, I also found out that I got the scale wrong a bit, so I made agent Denton a little bit taller so he now matches my other papercraft FPS characters size-wise)

I won't be able to finish making the instructions, taking pictures and making a silly release video (and I also want to add a little secret bonus for this Deus Ex papercraft 😉) tomorrow, but I should be able to release him some time next week to download for free on my papercraft webpage like all my other papercrafts! 😀
