The Advance Wars Megatank had three turrets with five cannons, but it was huge! (it was also just from a cute hand-held strategy game 😝)
The real pre-WW2 Polish 7TP DB tank though had 'only' two turrets with machine guns so I guess it is a bit smaller. 😉 Box Studio released a papercraft of it!
