It almost looks like you can just build the helmet as a totally separate piece, then build it like 4x it's intended scale, and you got yourself a wearable Zora helmet.
Hope it's possible though. The first of Ninjatoes' wearable papercrafts.
Yeah, a lot of people seem to like using papercraft weapons, armor, helmets etc. as cosplay props. ;o)
For Zora armor Link I'm not planning on modelling the helmet specifically so that you can build it seperately, but maybe it turns out it will still be seperately buildable (most of the times it is without really planning for it anyway ;o)
In the future, I might make a few other models in 1:1 scale though, like my NES Zapper.
hmmm I'm getting suspicious every time you say flipper your making it bold S:P
ReplyDeleteHaha don't worry, I won't surprise you guys with a dolphin model...! ;o)

hmm... I wonder what Link would look like as a merman...
ReplyDeleteFierce Diety Link's sword as cosplay weapon... anyone else feeling tipsy? ;)
No problem, you could just make Link's Iron Boots as well to keep yourself from falling over.
ReplyDeleteBecause glueing yourself to a stand wouldn't be much fun on a cosplay convention... ;o)
