I don't know if Itoh2 made his papercraft articulated, all-terrain🌲 Okazaki City "Red Salamander" disaster vehicle🚒 for the Suginami City promotion activities too, but the Okazaki Renaissance official website did!
It's a bit simpler than the one from Itoh2, so you can choose which one you'd like to make (or you can just make both😉)
