I hope you recognize this a device like this; it's a portable "automated external defibrillator" (AED for short) and it is intended to be used by non-medical personal in a case when a person's heartbeat is out of rythm, by applying electrical shocks to the heart. 💓

You can often see them in public spaces, and they have simple instructions intended to let any person operate them in case of an emergency. Still: these devices are NOT toys! (except this papercraft one of course 😉)

You can download this papercraft AED for free, but you do need to fill in a little form that is in Japanese;
