In 2022, the Kingfisher was named the official town bird for Toda City in Japan's Saitama Prefecture, and a lot of people shared all kinds of personal crafts to celebrate kingfisher birds. If you scroll down the list on the Toda City website, you can even find the papercraft version from the Peramodel website from Keiji Kawaguchi.
