VERY IMPORTANT NOTE
Unfortunately, the adf.ly service used by Paper e Crafts (and many other papercraft blogs 😟) is EXTREMELY  annoying!!😟
However, if you really want still the papercrafts make, DON'T click anywhere on Paper e Crafts' weblog and DON'T allow any notifications. IGNORE all the pop-ups and just manually type the MediaFire download links on Paper e Crafts' weblog in the address bar of your webbrowser!

    1. I think the problem might be that you are trying to open the PDO file in Pepakura DESIGNER; use Pepakura VIEWER and it won't require a password. You can download Pepakura from https://tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/download/index.html

For both papercrafts there is also a PDF version included, which you should also be able to open in a standard PDF viewer without needing a password.

I hope this helps, have fun building!

    1. I have no idea what happened to Paper e Crafts weblog the past 9 years since I made this post, but the adf.ly service that he used has gone out of control it seems, not creating all kinds of useless popups wherever you click on his weblog. :o(

The download does still seem to exist, but I recommend NOT even trying to click the link on Paper e Crafts blog, but manually typing the MediaFire link on his webpage in the address page of your browser:
      https://www.mediafire.com/?1x9vlz8n6zw8z

DON'T click any of the adf.ly link and DON'T allow any notifications!

    1. Click the links in the post above to go to the Paper e craft blog with the actual file downloads. Then find the "DOWNLOAD" links at the bottom just above the comments there in the posts. That will take you to "joao"'s Mediafire account where you can download the PDF parts and a PDO file which is the same model but uses a 3D view to see where each part goes. You can open the PDO models with the free Pepakura VIEWER or PaperMaker website to open. I hope this helps, have fun building!
