My papercraft LEGO Pirates Governor Broadside minifig is nearing completion now that I
added some "groove" to the Triple Feather Plume! ;o)
Working from a scan of the original LEGO piece makes it easy to get the rough shape right, but it's still personal choice how to make parts like these that are originally so small and rounded out of paper without making it unnecessarily difficult to build, or ending up with something that looks nothing like the original anymore...
But I'm quite happy with it so I think it's time to make the final templates!
