I'll probably do quite a bit more work on Prisoner 849 than on Quakeguy; I like how he's already quite a lot less blocky than Quakeguy, which shows the progress in 3D between the two games (although the Unreal Engine isn't a development of the Quake engine of course, more a rival engine!).
But I also like it to still be quite a blocky style compared to modern games; it's a personal choice how far you go when making a papercraft, whether you simplify the game model extremely and make it very easy to make, or try to stay as close to the in-game model as possible, or somewhere in between.
So far I just did the legs, stay tuned for more updates! 😊
