DeleteYou can still an archived version of their website: https://web.archive.org/web/20140728112023/http://s-papa.cocolog-nifty.com/pmodels/ but often, most of the download links won't work anymore on archived sites. :o(
Maybe you can find the model on a different website that uploaded it, or maybe you can find some contact information on the archived site so you can try to contact the creator?
