      Yes there is! ;o) Luckily, they only changed the webpages around a bit, but the papercraft is still available on https://www.city.sakai.lg.jp/smph/kurashi/gomi/gomi_recy/chousa/sasshi/ichiran.html (scroll down until you see the papercraft pictures, the download link for the PDF is just below that)
