ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, this papercraft was posted in the Pepakura Gallery, which at one point suffered sort of a breakdown and many papercrafts were lost... The creator, Ashley Ardis does have a weblog, which is still up, but it just told you to download the papercraft from the Pepakura Gallery:

I don't know how active Ashley Ardis still is, but maybe you can find a way to contact them (they also have a Twitter account, @ashleyardis115) and ask them about this particular papercraft?
