This is the first new part of the Black Knight minifig: his body armor! ;o)
It's not a very difficult piece I think: by scanning it from all sides and importing the scans into the 3D program, you can almost "trace" it in 3D to recreate the shapes.
It isn't a 100% accurate copy (I made the shapes so that I can easily unfold them for the paper model later on) but I'm pretty happy with the way it looks now and I think it will look good in paper form too!
