I think the medieval helmet visor is the most difficult new part of the Black Knight minifig to make, especially in such a way that I can unfold it in a good and logical way to build it out of paper later on!
But it is one of the coolest parts, and one of the reasons why I wanted to make this paper minifig, so I will keep working on it until I'm happy with it. ;o)
And I'm actually pretty happy with it so far: for now, I used the small feather plumes of my papercraft LEGO Forestmen to get the size of the holes for the pins right, but they will be replaced by the dragon plumes of course (another reason why I like the Black Knights so much ;o)
