    Did you ever download and keep any of the pdf's? Seems the download links are dead now.

      I was finally able to contact the creator, and he agreed to share a new download link: https://yadi.sk/d/JJtY36AZ3Gdz6m (be aware that it's a large download: 1,4 GB!)
