As you can probably guess from their names, the Pokémon Voltorb and its evolved form Electrode are Electric-type Pokémon!

It seems that Javierini has moved his papercrafts on his weblog a bit in the last nine years, but if you search a bit, you can still find them. I changed the link to Javierini's post with Voltorb and Electrode: http://jav-papercraft.blogspot.com/2013/12/voltorb-and-electrode.html
DeleteIf you click the "DOWNLOAD" link just below the picture on Javierini's blog, it will take you to the actual MediaFire download page. From there you can download a .RAR file. It is just like a (more common) .ZIP file: you have to unpack it (with 7-Zip for example) and inside you will find a whole bunch of files: .PDF files can be opened with a PDF viewer and there are different ones for different versions of the papercrafts. .PDO files are Pepakura Designer files and you need to install the free Pepakura Viewer to open and print them: < a href="https://tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/productinfo/index.html">https://tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/download/index.html (it only works on a Windows computer unfortunately!)
You can use the PDF or the PDO version to print the parts (preferably on thicker paper), and then you can cut out the parts to build the papercraft!
The .PDO file shows you the 2D parts and a 3D model of the papercraft, so people often use it to see where each part goes as sort of instruction manual.
