Being inspired by the wonderful works of Machaon I posted about a while ago, this aluminium Batman was made by Bob Penikas from special London 2012 Olympic Games Coca Cola cans!
Alumium cans being a bit heavier and harder to work with than paper of course, there were a few issues that he encountered while making his Coca Cola can Batman, which you can read about it in the hall of fame on my papercraft webpage: http://ninjatoes.wordpress.com/category/hall-of-fame/
