Paper Buildings is a website with (surprisingly) paper buildings to download, print and build.There are some miscellaneous houses and other buildings, but I really like Lukas' Dragon Ball Z "Kame house" and my favourites are the SimCity 3000 series designed by Erik, with the Mullet Hi-Rise, Lighthouse, Heidi, Investigator's Office, People's Plaza and Hampton's Apartments.
It doesn't seem very active anymore unfortunately, but the models that are already there are fun to build:
